1. Products

The products offered for sale include prints, posters, and stickers (standard products), as well as original artworks or custom-made pieces (personalized products).

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

VAT not applicable, in accordance with Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

3. Payment

Payment is made online via PayPal and/or credit card.

The order is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 7 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are specified before order validation.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made artworks.

6. Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are issued within 7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Collected information is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management.

In accordance with GDPR regulations, the buyer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

All artworks, visuals, and content on this website are the exclusive property of dAcRuZ.

Any reproduction, use, or distribution without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
